You be the judge! Ten finalists have been selected for the 2021 MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival! These 10 short films were selected from among 960 entries from 70 countries. MANHATTAN SHORT 2021 will take place from September 23rd – October 3rd where these 10 films will screen simultaneously in over 400 cities on 6 continents.
