The first One-Off Wednesday brew from our new brewer Tom! Grizettes are a cousin of the Belgian Saison. Generally, low in abv (this one is 3.5%), light in color, and dry in finish. This particular version has an American spin with some delicate citra hop aromas paired with gentle Belgian yeast notes and a dry finish (IBU 23). This straw colored American farmhouse ale is the perfect summer deck beer. The weather will be fine so come on out today and share a pint with us in the late afternoon sunshine!
