Beer Release: Year of the Ox 2018 Dry Hopped Table Bier
We looked to Belgium to provide the inspiration for a beer to celebrate our fourth anniversary. This refreshing yet elegant wheat-based ale offers a pleasant sweetness with a dry finish…far drier than most! Our pairing of Comet and Citra hops yields bright notes of melon and grapefruit zest complemented with just a hint of coriander. We might be tooting our own horn by saying, “happy birthday to us,” but this present is for you!
