Usher in the Fall beer drinking season with a night of culinary delights and perfectly paired brews. Menu curated by Chef Mat Chapman and hosted by Old Ox founder Chris Burns.
First Course: White wine poached pear salad, goat cheese, pecans, radicchio, arugula, baby spinach, citrus vinaigrette, and pretzel crouton. Paired with My Name is Hefe Hefeweizen.
Second Course: House made meatballs of pork and beef resting in an Oxtober tomato sauce and accompanied by pretzel bread. Paired with Oxtober Marzen Style Lager.
Entree: Braised short rib, potato-fennel-leek puree and glazed Brussel sprouts. Paired with Black Ox Rye Porter.
Dessert: Imperial Spiced Cake. Paired with Oxorcist Imperial Pumpkin Ale.
