The Trottin’ Oxen is one of the fastest growing (and free-to-join) Northern Virginia-based running clubs supporting a community of runners and walkers of all levels and abilities! Our activities safely promote health, fitness, camaraderie and quenching ones thirst with a cold beverage – all in an atmosphere of fun!

All skill and ability levels are welcome and encouraged to join.

The run starts promptly at 10:30 AM so make sure to arrive a bit early to stretch.
