The Trottin’ Oxen is a free-to-join Northern Virginia-based running club supporting a community of runners and walkers of all levels and ability. Our activities safely promote health, fitness, camaraderie and quenching ones thirst with a cold beverage – all in an atmosphere of fun!

Let’s get running! All skill and ability levels are welcome and encouraged to join.

The run starts at 10:30 AM so make sure to arrive a bit early to stretch.
