His products have traveled to NY State and beaten the best Buffalo Wings establishments in both Buffalo and Rochester, NY in formal scientifically judged competition. In 2012 his Wings won Best Wings in Delaware having competed against over 30 restaurants in another formal competition sponsored by a chicken manufacturer. Always serving world-class wings & sausages, cooked fresh on-site, along with his award-winning sauces.
