Science on Tap: The Science, History and Engineering of Alcoholic Fermentation

Jasper Akerboom, co-owner of Jasper Yeast, will talk about the biology, agriculture, engineering, chemistry and food science in beer and how this staple in civilization since the beginning of agriculture is always changing to consumer demand, taste and location. Join us on Tuesday, October 1 at 6:30 p.m. to find out more about this exciting drink. Mrs. K’s BBQ will be serving up dinner so get there early to grab food, a seat, and a beer!
