Battle of the Big Bands

Join us for an exciting night of music at the Battle of the Big Bands! Experience this inspiring jazz tradition featuring the talents of the Loudoun Jazz Ensemble, Swing Shift and the Franklin Park Big Band.
Each band will have 18 instruments and the Loudoun Jazz Ensemble and Franklin Park will also feature vocalists. The music will begin at 7pm, the first band will play for 20 minutes, then the second for twenty minutes, and the third for twenty minutes. This pattern will repeat at 8pm.
The battle of the Bands is sponsored by the non-profit Loudoun Jazz Society, which seeks to enhance life in Loudoun County by supporting jazz events and music education.
Tickets are $18 in advance, $20 at the door. Students $10. Kids under 12 are free!
