This classic golden lager is a tribute to our craft brewing brethren, who really do brew the “hard way”. This baby was allowed to ferment low and slow…at 50° creating a bright, crisp, and clean summer quencher. Subtle notes of citrus and red berry result from the use of German Saphir Hops.
