First produced on his homebrew system\, he shared it with the Club and it became their choice for a collaboration brew in the Old Ox Middleburg brewhouse. Enjoy the floral\, cherry and clove notes with a hint of sweetness. ABV: 8.2%.  (Jim recommends pairing it with heavier foods like BBQ or steak or experimenting with desserts…take home a crowler!)
