Q Athletics and Old Ox Brewery are partnering to host a full-body interval training workout with a Happy Hour cool down! Two sessions–the last Friday of every month–at 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. $20.00 fee includes bottled water, workout, pint of beer and post-workout snacks!
